Finish, Look and Colour Approval
Art connoisseurs look for antique art in their authentic raw form.
Finish - Flexibility on the finish and look is available. Choice of distressed, matt or glossy finish.
Colour – Flexibility on the choice of colour based on the colour image provided by you.
Your written approval is a must before we start work on the product.
Approval
We will start work on the product only when the finish, look and colour requirements are shared by you in the form of written requirements along with images.
Once the requirement is received from you, no more changes can be executed.
Once the final product is ready we will share images with you for approval. Once you give written approval, products will be prepared for dispatch.
At this stage we will not be able to make any further changes as these are Luxury goods and specifically sourced or customised as per your order.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are charged at actuals. The delivery/shipping charges mentioned at the time of checkout are approximate. You will be informed in advance for your approval, acceptance and written confirmation of the revised delivery charges, and then shipped.
Returns and Exchange
Most of our products use antique, old teak wood, old carvings, stone and metal. Most of the furniture is hand crafted and many art accessories are hand painted.
Thus, most of our products will show up imperfections and flaws.
These may not be compared to machine made products. We hope you will appreciate and value the worth of these imperfections, which are the hallmark of genuine, handcrafted and limited-edition pieces.
The images, descriptions and measurements you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. We must advise that although we try our utmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of our products cannot be 100% accurate.
We like to celebrate the unique nature of each and every single product we sell. As well as the desirability that goes with the knowledge that you are buying a one-off, hand-crafted item, as unique as you. Perfect with imperfections.

Returns
We work on a no return and no refund policy for all items.
You are advised to take photos and video within 24 hours of receipt when unpacking in order to attend to any damages that may occur during transportation.
Minor damage can be fixed at delivery venue with mutual understanding.
However, if the product is received majorly damaged during transportation, we will take it back, provided it is supported with images and a video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
If the product damage is not informed immediately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Owing to the nature of the products wherein these are unique one off pieces, exchange is not possible.
Delivery and Shipping
The products are typically dispatched within 7-10 working days of final approval of the finished product depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched we will notify you of the same.
Please take open delivery as stated above in returns section.
Cancellation
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
