Finish, Look and Colour Approval
Art connoisseurs seek custom antique designs in their authentic raw form, true form of luxury antique art artefacts and heritage furnitur
Finish - There is flexibility on the finish and look available. Choose from a distressed, matt or glossy finish to suit your aesthetic preferences.
Colour – You have the freedom to select the colour based on the colour image provided by you.
Your written approval is essential before we proceed with crafting your handcrafted home decor item.
Approval
We will commence work on the product only when you share the finish, look, and colour requirements in writing, along with images.
Once we receive your specifications, changes cannot be made.
Once the final product is ready, we will share images with you for your approval. Following your written confirmation, the luxury antique furniture will be prepared for dispatch.
At this stage, we cannot accommodate further changes as these are bespoke luxury goods, specifically sourced or customized for your order.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at actuals. The delivery/shipping charges communicated at the time of checkout are approximate. We will inform you in advance for your approval and written confirmation of any revised delivery charges before shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Most of our products utilize antique, old teak wood, old carvings, stone and metal. As much of the furniture consists of handcrafted pieces, and many art accessories are hand painted, it is normal for our items to display imperfections and flaws.
These unique characteristics should not be compared to machine-made products. We hope you will appreciate and value these imperfections, which are the hallmark of genuine, handcrafted home decor and limited-edition pieces.
The images, descriptions, and measurements available on our site aim to best portray the luxury antique furniture we sell. While we strive for accuracy, please note that the unique nature of our products may prevent complete precision.
We celebrate the individuality of each product, enhancing its desirability as you acquire a one-off, handcrafted item that is as unique as you. Perfect with imperfections.

Returns
We operate under a no return and no refund policy for all items.
You are advised to take photos and videos within 24 hours of receipt when unpacking to address any damages that may occur during transportation.
Minor damage can be rectified at the delivery venue with mutual understanding.
However, if the product is received with significant damage during transportation, we will accept its return, provided it is supported with images and a video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receipt.
If damage is not reported immediately, we cannot offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our products, which include one-off pieces, exchanges are not possible.
Delivery and Shipping
Typically, products are dispatched within 7-10 working days after final approval of the finished product, depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched, we will notify you accordingly.
Please ensure you conduct an open delivery as indicated in the returns section above.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
